Celebrating a milestone birthday calls for an event that’s as unforgettable as the person it honours, and what better way to do that than with a glamorous, high-stakes casino-themed 21st birthday party?
Tracey is another returning client who used Capability Events for her older children’s birthday parties, so we were delighted to organise this one for Max. From the vibrant atmosphere to the classic casino games, this unforgettable night was filled with fun, fortune, and plenty of style—making it the perfect way to mark a major birthday in a truly unique setting.
The Brief
A summer 21st birthday party for 90 guests held alongside the swimming pool in the garden at our clients’ fantastic home in Warwickshire. The party needed to have a glamorous nightclub feel with Prosecco on arrival, smart dress code, cocktail bar, street food pop-up and a full mobile nightclub set up. As well as the party marquee, an extra dome marquee was needed for a sleeping area for any guests camping out.
The Casino Theme Party Planned to Perfection
Turning 21 is a once-in-a-lifetime celebration, and we made sure this party was one for the books! From the moment guests arrived, they were treated to an evening packed with wow-factor. The night kicked off with a stylish drinks reception, followed by delicious street food and casino games that set the perfect tone for the festivities ahead. As the night went on, the black gloss LED-lit dance floor became the heart of the party, where guests enjoyed dancing into the early hours. And for those who might need a little reminder of the fun, our talented event photographer was there to capture every unforgettable moment!
We really brought the party to the garden with:
