Capability Events Ltd is an Events Agency creating Premier Parties and Activations for private clients and top brands. We are dedicated, committed Event Organisers producing events and creating customer experiences across the UK as luxury party planners.
Luxury Party Planners since 2003
Managing Director Ben Leeke launched Capability Events Ltd in 2003 as he saw a gap in the market for high end, bespoke private parties.
It was a smart collaboration of all the contacts and knowledge that Ben had collated over the previous fifteen years organising events at large country houses and castle venues. Within two months clients included Virgin, The BBC, and a wealth of high end celebrities and private individuals.
Creative Experience
Today the business focus is on Private Parties, Pop Up Events and Corporate Brand Support for clients such as Levis Strauss, Moet and Veuve Clicquot.
Ben has a wealth of experience running quality events and a team of expert Event Organisers, Managers and Professional Crew who are all exceptional at making events come to life as luxury party planners.

Our carefully selected team of event managers and event crew help us plan and build great parties and events from scratch. We also have our trusted sub-contractors who work with us all year – sweating in the summer and freezing in the winter – to produce your party to perfection.
