Wow, just wow, Ben and the team gave us the party of a lifetime.  From initial contact, through planning every single detail with me Ben was always there to suggest, advise and make it work.  The day/night itself was just perfect, really the wow factor.  Ben arranged the DJ who was excellent, Bucci Pizza, truly delicious and the Magician who was perfect and really got people of all ages engaged and amazed.  This was not a party we will forget in our lifetime, so many guests have told me the same.

Capability are literally phenomenal, they’ve just completed our 4th event and we couldn’t be happier. Ben is amazing and always gets the brief and his staff are fantastic. Everything was perfect down to the smallest detail. Our daughter’s recent 18th party was seamless and needed very little effort from us. Brilliant party! Ben did an amazing job pulling together everything we wanted for our gathering. The garden looked amazing with the stretch marquee, fire arch/entrance, uplit trees. Would happily work with Ben again.

We booked Capability events to organise a "Festival" themed party in our garden for 250 guests for a joint 50th, 21st and 18th birthday. From our first contact with Ben he was superb. He gave us every confidence that he knew exactly what he was doing and would put on a great luxury event for us.
The party was originally due to take place in March 2020 but due to the pandemic restrictions was postponed 4 times. Ben therefore planned for it potentially taking place over 4 seasons but each time was able to make it work. When it did eventually happen in September he transformed our garden into a festival arena with a fabulous marquee, 2 bars, flags and flame burners. He hired a fantastic DJ who kept the dance floor packed with two generations of friends and family all night. His advice on quantity of alcohol and food was spot on and he even guided us on how to manage the neighbours and keep the noise reasonable - his suggestion to revert to a silent disco for the last hour was genius!
His crew were excellent from those who set it all up and cleared up the day after, his friendly smiley bar staff and the security.
The feedback we had from our guests was phenomenal with "the best party they have ever been to" being the general theme.
We can not recommend Ben and Capability highly enough - very professional, easy to work with and absolutely know what they are doing.
