A Game of Thrones themed Christmas party for 80 guests in Warwickshire.

Natasha was another fantastic returning client who came to us to organise a private Christmas party at home in her garden. The Brief

A fiery winter warmer of a party for 80 guests in the garden with plenty of props in giant tipi tents! Natasha’s vision for the inside of the Kata tents was “ski lodge but without the skis!” She wanted a Game of Thrones theme and dress code, dazzling walkabout acts, traditional hog roast and a full mobile nightclub set up for guests to dance into the early hours.

The Party

The weather was very much against us during set up but as always, our experienced team ensured the party was a success, whatever the weather! Guests arrived to walkabout Wildlings putting on a fantastic fire show and reception drinks served in medieval tankards and goblets. The garden was lit with a mixture of up-lights, fairy lighting and floodlights to make the most of the fantastic space and real flame gas flambeaux were positioned at the Tipi’s entrance to add real wow factor once the sun went down!

Guests entered the marquee through a double wooden door entrance, (to keep the warm in!) and partied amongst winter themed decor including Christmas trees, Chesterfield style sofas, real flame candles and a wooden cocktail bar.
