Transforming our marquee for 100 guests on a cold February night into a warm French Chateau Wine Cellar was quite a task, but the brief was clear: impress our guests. With over 300 candles, 200 old wine crates and 50 wine barrels, we transformed the marquee for one amazing night.

Ibiza themed birthday party
This luxurious party for 100 guests, was held in a marquee using our extensive collection of Ibiza themed props, rugs, low sofas and linings. Guests were welcomed with a champagne reception drink then sat down for a Spanish feast. We also provided the bar service, a band and Event Management.

I like to remind myself that sometimes your old friends really pull it out of the bag for you. This was Red Bull F1 Teams Christmas Party. It`s up there with too many other events that I`ve rated as super scary to pull off but.... well.... no one died even though we thought it was a good idea to have the real Red Bull F1 car drive down the length of the marquee to the stage... through the crowd. Turns out pole and velvet rope is not a sufficient crash barrier. Of course the driver could not resist trying to spin the wheels on marquee carpet and rev the engine to the max. According to my pal Chatty this was the RB5 car - the one that won the Chinese GP and would have had a maximum rev limit of 18,000 rpm - Even louder in a marquee when you are stood on the stage wondering if anyone else has had a F1 car come straight at them down an insufficiently secured red carpet spinning it`s wheels whilst Deborah from accounts, slightly the worse for wear on Vodka and Redbull leans too far forwards to get a picture and nearly gets run over... anyway...over it now - Happy Daze....
