BRAND ACTIVATION Specialists

Brand Activation is an important element within our event management tasks that we undertake for Blue Chip Companies, Flagship Department Stores and Worldwide Brands. We are proud to work with such major brands as Levi’s, Virgin, Jaguar Land Rover, Porsche and the Moët Hennessy Group.

The brand support activities that we help set up range widely, from national promotional tours for fashion labels and drinks brands to country-wide roadshows for prestige car marques and from luxury hotel launch parties to pop-up shops.

Whether we are helping to showcase a new product or reinforce a brand identity, there are plenty of creative ways in which we can help ensure you achieve your business objectives within a suitable budget while your customers enjoy a great personal experience.

Delivering brand messages with strength and purpose

Depending on the particular task, we could be increasing client footfall at a pop-up counter in a retail store, showcasing a new product with maximum effect to a particular target audience or organising a successful launch event that attracts key customers and extensive PR coverage.

Our brand support team and event managers work closely with our clients to ensure that events run smoothly and successfully. With more than 20 years’ professional experience we make sure that your corporate objectives are met. Even when you have Royal visitors, we know how to make you and your company look great. Wow, just wow, Ben and the team gave us the party of a lifetime. From initial contact, through planning every single detail with me Ben was always there to suggest, advise and make it work. The day/night itself was just perfect, really the wow factor. Ben arranged the DJ who was excellent, Bucci Pizza, truly delicious and the Magician who was perfect and really got people of all ages engaged and amazed. This was not a party we will forget in our lifetime, so many guests have told me the same.

This wasn't just putting up a marquee and making arrangements, it was the silent, smooth organisation on the night, lighting, timings... This was astonishing. I would never use anyone else in future.

Capability are literally phenomenal, they’ve just completed our 4th event and we couldn’t be happier. Ben is amazing and always gets the brief and his staff are fantastic. Everything was perfect down to the smallest detail. Our daughter’s recent 18th party was seamless and needed very little effort from us. Quite literally the best party planners out there and we wouldn’t use anyone else! Thanks again capability for another epic party.

Brilliant party! Ben did an amazing job pulling together everything we wanted for our gathering. The garden looked amazing with the stretch marquee, fire arch/entrance, uplit trees. Would happily work with Ben again.
Thank you

We booked Capability events to organise a "Festival" themed party in our garden for 250 guests for a joint 50th, 21st and 18th birthday. From our first contact with Ben he was superb. He gave us every confidence that he knew exactly what he was doing and would put on a great luxury event for us.
The party was originally due to take place in March 2020 but due to the pandemic restrictions was postponed 4 times. Ben therefore planned for it potentially taking place over 4 seasons but each time was able to make it work. When it did eventually happen in September he transformed our garden into a festival arena with a fabulous marquee, 2 bars, flags and flame burners. He hired a fantastic DJ who kept the dance floor packed with two generations of friends and family all night. His advice on quantity of alcohol and food was spot on and he even guided us on how to manage the neighbours and keep the noise reasonable - his suggestion to revert to a silent disco for the last hour was genius!
His crew were excellent from those who set it all up and cleared up the day after, his friendly smiley bar staff and the security.
The feedback we had from our guests was phenomenal with "the best party they have ever been to" being the general theme.
We can not recommend Ben and Capability highly enough - very professional, easy to work with and absolutely know what they are doing.

I have had the pleasure of working with Ben and his team on a number of large projects in the UK and cannot speak highly enough of their services. Capability offered tailored solutions to our needs and were a joy to deal with from start to finish.
