BURNING MAN THEMED SURPRISE 40TH!

When asked to turn Wild Lodge, a tranquil country wedding venue into Burning Man Festival for a surprise 40th birthday party our creative juices were overflowing! Even more so when the client told us he wanted the night to be full of surprises, so naturally we filled this one to the brim.

WE COMPLETELY TRANSFORMED THE VENUE

Partygoers were welcomed to the party with cocktails and the sound of our DJ playing electronic music to perfectly fit the theme. Guests then headed to ‘The Long Barn’ which we had completely transformed by adding Burning Man-themed drapes to cover the windows ready for the big reveal post-dinner.

THE BIG REVEAL

When the drapes were removed, the birthday girl was surprised with a fire show performed by dancers who wowed guests and really got everyone ready to party.

Everyone was then led into the ’Safari Tent’ which was covered in mirror balls, from mirror ball egg chairs to a mirrored monkey and even a shark! Guests were able to dance the night away alongside our dancers, who matched the theme with their own mirror heads, they also performed on stilts and in a martini glass.
