Pop-up shop personalisation for Veuve Clicquot
We get to work with some pretty cool brands and Veuve Clicquot, part of the Moet Hennessy group, is no exception. Veuve Clicquot were looking for a way to personalise their ‘arrow’ presentation cases in-store at the point of sale.
CREATING AN EASY SOLUTION
Having explored various options without success, Veuve Clicquot came to us. We knew the solution needed to be easy for staff in the store to use, yet the finish needed to retain the luxury brand feel of Veuve Clicquot. With this in mind, we designed and developed a bespoke store counter, complete with a vinyl cutter to produce the personalised decals. We also developed and delivered a staff training programme so that team members were confident in using the equipment and applying the graphics to the cases.
Initially trialed in Selfridges, London, the project has been a runaway success, winning the Moet Hennessy Europe award for ‘Best Off-Trade Activation’ earlier this year. It has since been rolled out to Selfridges stores in Birmingham and Manchester and is about to be launched in La Grande Épicerie, Paris, and for Clos19.com, Munich in time for Christmas 2018.
THE PERFECT GIFT
We think the point-of-sale counters and personalise arrow cases look fantastic, and so do daytime TV heroes Holly Willougby and Phillip Schofield.
