BeckChella! – 40th Birthday Festival Themed Party.

The Festival Party of the Year
What do you do when a festival loving client is turning 40 and wants to party? Create a private festival experience with a festival themed party at a stunning venue in the Worcestershire countrysideβ¦with its own lake!
The Brief
A supercharged festival themed 40th birthday party of two halves. The first half of the day needed to be a child-friendly birthday party for Beckyβs 5 year old daughter and her friends, the second a full festival themed 40th birthday party for Beckyβ¦or Beckchella! Becky wanted more Ibiza glam than boho, with music, walkabout acts and lots of glitter!

The Party
Guests were given their own festival wristband and Beckchella merch, (including reusable cups!) when they arrived, then directed to the campsite or onsite accommodation to glam up. Beckyβs daughter and her friends enjoyed face painting, hair braiding and bouncy castle fun, topped off with freshly made pizza from an artisan pizza truck.

The second wave of guests really brought festival glam to the Beckchella arena which was made up of:
- Festival entrance with real flame gas flambeaux and hand painted signage
- 2 Stretch marquees with chill out furniture and different themed bars
- Street Food stalls
- Tequila shot bar
- Mobile event stage with full PA and sound team
- Benches, barrels, deckchairs and bales for extra al fresco seating
- Luxury mobile bathroom
- Festival flags, bespoke Beckchella barrier and lighting
- Bouncy castles

The Entertainment
The crowd headed to the front of the stage to dance to Ibiza classics and UK Garage hits from incredible vocalist Vula Malinga, (known for singing with Basement Jaxx!) and Britainβs Got Talent star Lifford Shillingford. As well as the acts, guests were treated to fantastic walkabout performers including mirror men, mirror ball headed dancers and LED covered entertainers who really brought the energy. After the acts had finished, our DJ kept the party going until the early hours!
The morning after, overnight guests had the opportunity to indulge in open water swimming or a cold water dip in the unspoilt 11 acre lake at Watersedge to bring their Beckchella experience to a close.
