Our Marquee party packages are based on our years of experience in event planning, and more crucially knowing what works and what doesn’t.

This marquee hire package is based on a party that we produced for a client’t joint 21st and 50th birthday party for 120 guests, at home in their garden.

Here’s an example of our Party Packages to give you a better idea of how we host events like this. This particular package is designed for 120 guests and can be set up in your garden, on your lawn, or even on a tennis court. Regardless of whether your space is grassy or paved, we’ve got you covered – no stakes required!

Event times: 19:30-01:00
Occasion: Joint 21st and 50th birthday party

 

Guest Arrival:

Guests arrive to red carpet and real flame gas flambeaux which will guide them to the entrance of your party. They will be met by our staff who will offer them a reception drink of your choice.

 

Marquee:

  • Two 9x9m connected Dome Marquees
  • Uplighting in colour changing LED Wash Lights.
  • Firm floor and carpet in a colour of your choice
  • Marquee heating

Furniture within the Marquee:

  • 3 x Poseur tables
  • 9 x Bar stools
  • 4 x Low black tables
  • 4 x Low fabric sofas
  • 12 x cushions in a colour of your choice

Mobile Nightclub:

We will produce a premium nightclub dancing experience which will include:

  • Black gloss starlit dance floor
  • Stage with black valance for the DJ
  • DJ Booth
  • Moving head lights and strobes
  • 5Kw Pa to include speakers, bass bins and amps
  • Wireless microphone for any speeches or performers
  • DJ decks and mixer
  • Top class club DJ – we will put you in touch with the DJ a couple of weeks before your party so you can have a chat about what music you like.

Catering:

  • Catering for 120 guests served from silver Airstream Catering Van
  • Finger food platters as welcome canapés
  • Choice of chicken fajita wrap with toppings, pulled pork bap with optional stuffing gravy and apple sauce or a Mediterranean vegetable wrap. All served with choice of sauces and a side of skin on fries.
  • Brushed stainless steel curved Cocktail Bar with a bespoke fast cooling double door fridge to cool all your drinks to the perfect temperature.
  • All the necessary bar glassware and stock.
  • A bespoke cocktail list will be created and printed for you.

Services:

  • Full event planning and management, (as always within our party packages!)
  • Event Photographer
  • Saxophonist
  • Champagne reception
  • 2+1 Luxury Toilet unit for your guests, sited to the side of the marquee and lit after dark.
  • Power. When we come to visit the site we can assess the house power suitability. For most events of this size power can be taken from the house. All our plugs and sockets are waterproof. If necessary we can supply an additional generator to ensure there is enough power for your party.

Staffing:

  • 1 x Event Manager – doubles as bar manager
  • 3 x Bar staff
  • 1 x DJ

Event Management:

Our event manager personally supervises all aspects of your event, from the build though to the clear up. We will ensure that your party runs smoothly and is enjoyed by everyone.

Clean Up:

Once your party comes to a close, we’ll handle the cleanup by clearing the outside areas of the marquee and bringing everything back inside. After that, we’ll secure the marquee for the night and head back to our hotel. The next day, our team will return to remove all event equipment, tidy up the site, and sweep the area. Rest assured, we’ll take care of all the rubbish removal and disposal, leaving your space spotless.

Example Marquee Build Schedule:

Friday– Marquee and equipment install
Saturday – Finish install, tidy up, run all equipment and check
Sunday – Equipment take out and site clean, marquee knock down

Pricing:

Our party packages provide a complete event planning and a no-hassle solution for your event. We professionally run the entire party from start to finish. All you have to do is supply the guests and turn up ready to have a great night.

Our package includes the marquee, furniture, props, staffing, insurance and site clear up. Everything you need for a fantastic party!

Total cost of this example Party Package would be from £23,500.00 plus VAT.
