Kris came to us in the spring to start planning a surprise 40th birthday party in July for his wife. He wanted to bring an Ibiza nightclub style party to his garden and, unusually for London, had a great flat lawn space for a marquee with fantastic access! The Brief
A relaxed summer Ibiza theme 40th birthday party for 100 guests in the garden. Glamorous dress code, a bespoke cocktail menu, artisan pizza pop-up food truck and a full mobile nightclub set up for guests to dance into the early hours.
The Party
Guests arrived to a Prosecco drinks reception, followed by cocktails and enjoying fantastic artisan pizza to prepare them for dancing into the very earlier hours on the black gloss LED lit dance floor. The garden was lit with a mixture of up-lights, fairy lighting and floodlights to make the most of the fantastic space and real flame gas flambeaux were positioned at the dome marquee entrance to add real wow factor once the sun went down!
