HOW TO ORGANISE A FANTASTIC HOUSE PARTY

Making An Entrance

Many clients come to Capability Events – The Ultimate House Party Planner – looking for an excuse to show off a move to a new house or a refurbished garden. What better way to celebrate than by getting everyone together to party?

House Party

At Capability Events we specialise in the wow factor and that starts from when your guests first arrive at the front of your house.  Using real flame gas flambeaux’s, wash lighting, and of course a red carpet what better way to welcome your guests to your home.  Having guests walk up to your front door can be so much more personable than inviting them around the back to a marquee!  Once inside our staff can offer reception drinks and canapés to your guests.

Garden Marquee Dance Floor

One of the main problems we encounter as a house party planner, is that most houses don’t have space for a dance floor inside so we often set up a dance tent in the garden. This can be a great solution because as the drink flows you can kick all the youngsters outside if you don’t want your sofas stained with Red wine when you wake up in the morning.

Making A Statement

Depending on your layout and how much space you have, you can take guests straight through your house to the party in your garden, or start in the house with a Champagne drinks reception and move people through to the garden later on.  Depending on the time of year, we can serve drinks on your patio or terrace and set up patio heaters to keep off the chill of while guests mill around.

Nightclub In Your Garden

Outside in the Marquee we can install a bar, with bar staff and all of the stock to provide your guests with delicious cocktails all night long. We also install a mobile nightclub, to include a Top class DJ, sound system and dancefloor in the marquee.  If you are worried about the noise disturbing your neighbours later on you could consider a silent disco. Guests wear headphones and can choose from 2 different channels of music to dance to.
