Organising the perfect Showcase for Chambers and Partners.

Chambers and Partners approached us to help them plan a memorable Sales Team incentive trip. Dormy House, a beautiful Cotswold hotel and spa that we regularly work with, was exclusively hired to provide the perfect Cotswold backdrop to a three day Team Incentive event. Capability were engaged to provide the entertainment, conference facilities and after party.

CREATING THE PERFECT BACKDROP

The client was keen to incorporate balloons into the décor of the hotel. We collaborated with Balloon Occasions who constructed a 7ft balloon arch around the door in the company colours. This cascaded down the hotel steps to create a grand entrance. As part of the decor, a step-and-repeat balloon wall was created, complete with a neon logo sign. Both spots made for great photo opportunities. The Chambers team could even take the sign back to their office with them after the event as a great reminder of a brilliant weekend.

GOING FULL-PARTY MODE

A BBQ was held in the hotel grounds on Chamber’s first night. In order to give the outside a Cotswold Garden party theme, we provided a DJ and lighting in the client’s corporate colours. Guests could chat, dance, and mingle with one another while feasting away.

For the second night, the client wanted to go to ‘Full Party Mode’; that is exactly what we did. Rio Dancers arrived when guests had finished their evening meal and guided them from the dining area to a mini nightclub that we had created in the bar area.

DANCING THE NIGHT AWAY

The Rio Dancers accompanied by a Drummer, Saxophonist, and DJ got the guests into the party spirit with all of them dancing the night away until the early hours!
