Overbury Stud Stallion Showcase
We recently organised a daytime Corporate event to showcase the stallions for Overbury Stud.
On a beautiful September afternoon, when the sun shone and 100 guests arrived at Overbury Stud stables for a Champagne reception with canapés. Guests enjoyed sitting outside on our luxurious garden furniture while they watched the parade of stallions and mares.
Weatherproof Marquee Hire
As with all outdoor events in the UK, it is hard to predict what the weather will be like and that is why as Professional Event Planners we ensure that your showcase will go ahead whatever the weather. With a 9m wide x 18m long marquee, if a downpour were to happen, we knew that guests would be able to view the horses through the marquee’s panoramic super clear windows if needed.
Fortunately, the rain held off and guests were able to enjoy their Champagne and canapés in the sunshine during the parade.
The drinks were kept topped up by our staff throughout the afternoon as the guests chatted over the merits of the stallions parading in front of the marquee.

Guests enjoyed canapés, sandwiches and cakes served by The Best of Taste and by the end of the day they were so comfortable in the marquee that they didn’t want to leave!
