This is an example of a Fantastic 100 person Sit Down Dinner Party. It should give you an idea of how parties like this work. All our events are bespoke so we can add and remove elements as you wish. This package can be booked directly as it is or be personalised for your own special event. This package works really well for Weddings, 21st Birthday Parties, Anniversaries and more formal events where you would like your guests to sit down for dinner.

We specialise in creating fantastic parties. In describing your party design we find it helpful to “walk” clients through the party as if they were a guest. Starting as if they were arriving at the party and moving through each aspect until the end of the night.
Guests will arrive at your house and fairy lights will guide guests to the entrance to your party. They will be met at the entrance of the marquees by our staff who will offer a reception drink of your choice, normally a glass of Prosecco or Champagne, from silver trays. We will circulate, as people meet and chat, topping up glasses. Depending on the time of year and the weather we can arrange for guests to have welcome drinks on your lawn, where we can set up Bar Stools and some Poseur Tables.
Your marquee interiors will be lit with LED colour blocks and LED battens. This will provide ambient lighting for the evening. All lights can change colour or stay on static wash if needed.
We will produce a premium nightclub dancing experience which will include the following:-
We install a 6ft Gloss Downlit Bar in the main marquee with a mirrored back bar where the stock will be displayed. Behind the bar we will install a bespoke fast cooling double door fridge for the refrigeration of all your drinks to the perfect temperature.

We will provide a fantastic premium 3 course dinner for your guests to enjoy. We budget this at £45 +VAT per head. Once you have booked we put you in touch with our chefs who will discuss your menu choices. You are free to increase this budget as you see fit if you want to choose some more extravagant menu items.
We provide a 2+1 Luxury Toilet block for your guests, sited to the side of the marquee and lit after dark.
When we come to visit the site we can assess the house power suitability. For most events of this size power can be taken from the house. All our plugs and sockets are waterproof.
If necessary we can supply an additional generator to ensure there is enough power for your party.
We supply you with 5 event staff in total. This will consist of:
We will personally supervise all aspects of your event, from the build though to the clear up. We will ensure that your party runs smoothly and is enjoyed by everyone. We are experienced at managing parties and will ensure that the party is safe an enjoyable for all the guests.
At the end of your party we will clear the outside areas of the marquee back inside the structures. We will then shut the marquee up for the night and go to our hotel. On the Sunday our staff will remove all event equipment, litter pick and sweep the site to endeavour to return it back to original condition. We take all the rubbish away.
We provide a complete event management, no hassle solution for your event. We professionally run the entire party from start to finish. All you have to do is supply the guests and turn up ready to have a great night. You can leave everything up to us. Our package includes the marquee, staffing, insurance and site clear up. – Everything you need for a fantastic party.
Total cost of this Party Package for 100 guests would be £19,999 inc VAT – £199.99 per head.
