The first step of our involvement with your wedding would be to
talk to you on the phone to establish your initial requirements
then a site visit would be needed. We would produce a comprehensive
quote, at no charge, detailing everything that you need to make
your day happen with the minimum of hassle.
If you are after some starter
ideas then you may want to look at some of our packages.
You may start from
scratch by talking to one of our experienced party planners or
event coordinators; or you can choose an event package as a foundation
for your wedding. Then by using our party planning facilities
and event coordinator you can create your own event design for
your wedding.
Just remember the
5 key important elements are:
Where to have it?
What will guests
do?
What will they drink?
What will they eat?
Where will they go
the bathroom?
Once you have decide
on these foundation elements you can then be as creative as your
budget and visions allow, under the watchful eye of an experienced
event organiser
We have seen an increase in wedding
clients having more of a ''informal party at home' for their
reception rather then the more traditional function at a hotel.
A party at home or in private grounds can be as creative as you
want, and you can let your party planning flair alongside a bespoke
event design by you or personal event coordinator. We provide
minimum disruption to your house or private property and ensure
the most private of affairs tailored to any given atmosphere.
We can provide all you need for
your reception from marquees and decorations to entertainment and
drinks. We've also got plenty of themeing details so that you can
go to town with decorations and themeing to make your day very exclusive
and different.

Mixing Cocktails for your Reception

In the picture above you can see the use of a new PVC clear roof
system. The clear roof panels and sides allow guests to see the
facade of the venue throughout the party yet stay warm and dry.
