We are the largest mobile bar supplier in the UK and avid point to point goers.Based in the Ledbury country and travelling the country nationwide we now provide a fantastic mobile bar specifically designed for Point to Points.

Although we tailor each bar to each individual Point to Point we start with the following package.

•6m (20ft) x 12m (40ft) Chinese Hat Marquee.
Looks great and is large enough for when it rains!
•Window Walls All Round,Forced Warm Air Heating,Lighting.
•White Picket Fencing around the front of the Marquee for the outside seating.
•Outdoor Picnic Tables and Chairs,Flags and Signage.
•6m (20ft) Professional Bar Frontage with inbuilt fridges and fast pour draught dispense.
•Your Local Micro Brewery Beers served as well as Draught Premium Lager,Bitter and Cider.
•Great,Young Staff,Service with a Smile!
•TEN Bar Licence obtained.
•Flat Fee or Sliding percentage of total till take as payment for site fee.

We are an Event Organising Company so we can offer the following for Free after your point to point.You decide if you want to charge people for entry.
Remember you still get your percentage from the bar take in the evening as well!
Have a party in the evening in the marquee!
In addition to the above bar set up with marquee we will provide:-
•DJ and Disco with lightshow,professional speaker system and a great range of classic tracks.
•An Event Organiser to ensure the party runs smoothly.
•Wesuggest you source a local pig roast or caterer for the food and plenty of helpers for taking money on the door and car parking.
•We can provide other entertainments from Bands to Fairground Rides if needed.
•Larger Marquees,Dance floor and Carpeting provided if you wish to upgrade the event to a Ball.(Charges will apply)
