Cocktail Bars / Pay Bar / Wedding Bar / Mobile Bar Home Pay BarsMobile Pay Bars are where guests pay for their drinks over the bar just like you would do in a pub. We have the capacity to provide equipment and run very large pay bars for in excess of 10,000 people but we also retain the ability to run very successful multiple smaller bars.Small Pay BarsIf you have 200 guests or more we will come and run a comprehensive pay bar for free, as we make our money from the bar take. This is only if there is no free drink available to guests. Of course, if you would like your guests to have a free drink, you can simply pre pay for their drinks over the bar.If a client is giving away some of their own drink, or if the event is some distance from us then we may have to charge a small fee for our attendance. Some or all of this fee is refunded dependant on the final bar take. Large Pay BarsFor 500 and above guests we will pay you to attend you function. We will comprehensively run all the bars and pay you a price per guest. We have over five years experience at bulk dispense on larger bars. Many large event organisers choose us to run their pay bars, as they get 'peace of mind' knowledge that the bar aspects of their event will all be taken care of. We do all the work, they get some money!
Client takes all money - maximising profitsWe are also happy to manage all of a clients bars, maximising the profits for them to ensure they get the most our of their event. We co ordinate all stock, staff and change requirements, install the necessary bars and equipment. We charge a service fee to comprehensively manage and run all bar aspects of an event where the client takes all the bar takings Any pay bar must be licenced by the local council to legally sell drinks. For 499 guests and under we will use our own personal licencee (our owner) to apply for a temporary events notice from the local council. For 499 guests and above you will need to obtain a premises licence. We cannot apply for this, but we will help you with your application. It is considerably more complicated than a simple temporary events notice and you will need ay least 30 clear working days before your event in order to be able to apply for a premises licence. We would be your designated premiss supervisor if needed. All our pay bars serve recognised branded drinks, from a full bar selection, at normal pub prices.
