Wedding Reception Packages:-

To make your wedding planning as easy as possible we have designed several wedding packages for you. These can either be used as complete packages or as a starting point for the planning of your wedding

Package 1 – Do It Yourself Wedding Package

This is our Marquee Wedding Package that will allow you to put your own stamp on your event whilst ensuring all the basics are covered.  This is basically all the equipment you will need for the big day from the Marquee to the Tables and Chairs.  This is great is you are working to a budget or are a more hands on bride.

Package 2 – Complete Reception Package

This is our complete wedding package that will offer everything needed for your perfect wedding reception including the staff to work behind the bar. It is fully customisable we are able to adapt this package to suit your wedding venue and themes.  This is the equivalent of booking a hotel venue – just so much better and more personal!

Bespoke Wedding Receptions:-

Every wedding reception we organise is designed specifically with each couples tastes and preferences in mind. Our years of experience have provided us with the experience to know what works and what doesn’t in your location.  If you are looking for something slightly different get in touch where our experienced event managers will be able to advise you on what works best for your events and how to get the most out of your space and venue from the configuration of the marquee to the best type of lighting.  We have worked with a huge range of weddings from World Cup Footballers to relaxed county style events.

Every Element Organised For You:-

We will take control of every element of your wedding reception from the setting up of the Marquee to clearing of the last bit of rubbish.  As we are a one stop shop for your wedding reception planning we are able to ensure you remain in control of your wedding budgets.

Your Wedding Checklist:-

  1. Find a Partner!
  2. Choose your date
  3. Find a Venue – as long as you have an area at least 9 metres wide by 21metres you should have enough space for 100 person Marquee Wedding – we often build on Tennis Courts which work really well!
  4. Work out your budget – Our packages include everything that you need for your wedding reception but it is a good idea to have a rough budget in mind so you know where you need to cut back/ what extras you can include.
