Mojito – lime, brown sugar, mint, rum, soda and crushed ice. Clients just can’t get enough of this all time classic.
Moscow mule – vodka, ginger beer, lime. Again simple but very popular. Great for a reception drink.
Bay breeze – rum, cranberry, pineapple, lime. More popular in the Summer but still great in the Winter.
My little lady – cantaloupe melon, orgeat (almond syrup), gin, basil, honey, lime. Guests love this one. A sure fire winner.
Y Chang mai – amerretto, orange, kalhua, vodka, lemon juice. Very rich.
