Advantages:-

Quintessentially English Garden Party Image
Great curves and swoops in the canvas
The white pvc takes light really well both inside and out after dark
Great on a sunny Summer’s day
No guy ropes – but still uses stakes
No linings needed

Disadvantages:-

Really only a summer structure – May to September
Although rain proof, the canvas is very thin and does not hold heat well. You will need heating all year round after dark. However they are warmer than a stretch marquee
When two or more structures are jointed a gutter stops the rain – Just!
The walls can be a little “leaky” where they join the roof. Wind can blow around the edges
Has interior poles which cannot be moved. So your layout must work around the poles
Has exterior stakes to hold it to the ground – must be erected on grass. If erected on tarmac or concrete will need eye bolting
No interior lining is possible – but the interior looks very good at night if it is well uplit
Very little can be attached to the poles or Pvc. So lighting and decoration mainly has to be self supporting
They won’t take anything but the lightest interior decoration without more support (like lighting stands)
Doors are arched and really are only pvc or clear pvc – no real doors are possible

Capri Marquees are ideally suited to summer parties. Don’t try and use one from October to the end of April. They are not really up to keeping you warm and dry.
They are translucent so you get lots of light coming though the pvc.
They take light really well at night and look fantastic with uplighters and exterior wash lighting.
Capri Marquees are made from light but strong pvc. They are similar to a Gazebo, but larger and better built.
Capri marquees have irregular sizes. The main ones are (note they are quoted in Feet not Meters):-

20ft x 20ft
20ft x 30ft
28ft x 28ft
28ft x 38ft

Capri Marquee Pricing:-

Capris Marquees are priced per structure rather than per square meter
They are at the more economic end of marquee hire
