Mobile Cocktail Bar Hire

Mobile Cocktail Bars for Hire are all the rage. We hire dramatically lit bar fronts with impossibly good looking Flair Bar Tenders, Mixologists and Sexy Hostesses handing out Champagne and Cocktails to your guests. The colours of the drinks and the thrill at discovering new tastes, thanks to our trained mixologists, just has to be experienced.

We provide all you need to have a Mobile Cocktail Bar experience at your party or event.

We can provide Stainless Steel Cocktail bar fronts or dramatically down or rear lit bar fronts with glossy bar tops. We have mirrored front and back bars with glass shelves and inbuilt glass fronted bottle coolers. We have Flair bar staff and knowledgeable mixologists on our books all fantastically keen on their discipline.

Cocktail bars can be as simple as us arriving at your party with a box full of Cocktail ingredients and mixing with the main spirits supplied by you. This way you can keep a handle on the costs and how much your guests drink. You can stick to Vodka based drinks if you want or go further, it's up to you. But if you don't know what you want we can help lead you through the minefield to Cocktail heaven.

We can provide you with a full Cocktail bar for a fixed price or for a fixed period of time or fixed number of Cocktails. Or you can just say "make my guests happy" and we'll get on with it, giving you a full breakdown of who drank what and who did what to whom. Only kidding we don't keep that close tabs on you. But we do on the drink so you can rest assured that we make sure you don't loose out on your sale or return.

One of our newer services is our all inclusive cocktail bar. From £10 + vat per guest we will run a flairing cocktail bar (with lots of spinning bottles!) for 3 hours during the evening of your event.

Personalised Cocktail Menus

With any cocktail bar we service we always ask to provide a personalised cocktail menus. This is where we design cocktails and their names around your guests. Whether this is for a corporate party, product launch or a private party, we ask that the client supplies us with pictures, logos, stories, nick names and anecdotes to allow us to bring a personal touch to our cocktails.

All of our personal cocktails are based on the worlds most popular mixes, with a few subtle changes. This ensures guests can drink what they know and recognise, but also allow them to experience something new.

Many clients now see cocktail bars as being a unique form of interactive entertainment

Guests can stand and watch our award winning flairers juggle and spin bottles and bar equipment to mix the perfect cocktail - and they can then have a go themselves. We bring our plastic weighted training equipment with us so guests can learn some basic flairing moves without smashing bottles! We even encourage a bit of hearty competition between willing guests!

Guests can also have a master class in mixology, to allow them to create their own signature cocktail.

These two additional services have been extremely popular in recent months and we look forward to bringing them to every cocktail bar in 2008.

We can also provide reception drinks, table wine and table service as required. Many of our clients find that using one company for all their drinks requirements can relieve just one of the many stresses! We are used to liasing with caterers and co-ordinators.

Cool as ice – fresh mint and apple
Coco apple – coconut syrup pineapple juice
Sunburst – cranberry, fresh mint, and fresh chilli
Ginger snapper – fresh ginger, fresh mango, fresh lemon, ginger beer
Apple cobbler – cloudy apple juice cinnamon stick soda water
Chang-mai bday – coffee syrup, fresh orange, fresh lemon, orgeat (almond syrup)

Banana delight : banana, raspberry vanilla yogurt
Coffee dream : double cream, coffee syrup, orange juice
The Crunch : pineapple, celery, hazelnuts, and banana
Strawberry riser : strawberries, lemon, blackberries,
Samui longtail : watermelon, ginger

These are our clients favourite Cocktails.

1. Mojito – lime, brown sugar, mint, rum, crushed ice. Clients just can't get enough of this all time classic.

2. Moscow mule – vodka, ginger beer, lime. Again simple but very popular. Great for a reception drink.

3. Bay breeze – rum, cranberry, pineapple, lime. I'm getting thirsty now. More popular in the summer but still great in the winter.

4. My little lady – cantaloupe melon, orgeat (almond syrup), gin, basil, honey, lime. Guests will love this one. A sure fire winner.

Large 24ft bar with 6ft back bar and fridges installed for Bacardi. This was one of 3 bars of a similar size for this event.

Another Bacardi job shapes up for the start of the night. Using the best Cocktail staff we make the event run smoothly and promote the brand all night.

Here a 18ft bar is ready for the guests arrival. 250 Champagne glasses are prepared to be poured and the lighting rig is tested.

42ft of bar is ready for the arrival of over 1000 students for an Oxford college ball. During this event we served over 5000 cocktails.

Bars for corporate parties and becoming more and more popular as organisers realise that a great bar and bar service makes a party different and more exciting for the guests.

150 guests enjoyed themselves at this small Cocktail bar for a 30th Birthday party.

Carling sponsor the Oxford and Cambridge boat race every year and we supply the bars to the riverside marquees. Mass or bulk service ensures cold pints fast and without lots of froth on the head.

A help yourself Champagne bar with a mirrored top and front. Not to be recommended as the idea is great but the reality is very messy!

Another Mercedes World job. This is a 24ft total mirror bar with Mirrored tops and fronts. We also supplied a mirrored back bar and the silver wine buckets.

This was the other side of the Mercedes World event. Mirrored bars in one room and pink bars in the other.

This is the bar set up for the VIP area at the Super Aguri F1 race team party. We supply and operate bars for F1 all over europe. Apart from Super Aguri we have run bars for BMW, Williams and BAR Honda.

VIP bar for a boxing match with colour changing LED lights. We often add extra lights to our bar hire stock as we believe that this added lighting makes all the difference in how guests see out products.

Low seating at this 30th birthday party was extensively used by guests. We provided table service as well. Some guests stayed on the soft seating all night!

Hi gloss black and white dance floor with a Cocktail bar in the corner made this small 18th Birthday party feel busy. Three cocktail barmen worked flat out all night to make the party swing.
