Surprisingly we
seem to be doing more and more Charity Balls. As charity's move
towards professional fundraising we have designed the following
packages to enable you to raise the maximum funds whilst entertaining
your guests. Focus seems to be towards ensuring that guests really
enjoy themselves thereby turning them into repeat donators. We
are now involved with turning one off events into annual ones
and some are going for multiple events in different regions.

The above packages do not
contain any food. We have found that many charity's have their
own caterers or perhaps plan to do the food themselves. We can
of course provide top quality catering if required.
Sky Trackers light up the night sky giving
a Hollywood look with the red carpet entrance and real flame
burners. Also using City Colour up lights onto the white of the
marquee changed the visual look of the party minute by minute.
As You can see from the shot above the whole feel of the event
changes with the colours used.
Its a great look and our favourite. Guests really love it. They
really feel like they are arriving at the best party of the year,
which of course they are!
And inside they find fantastic table decorations and lighting.
In the VIP bar Cocktails are prepared for the arrival of the best
guests.
