Event Packages for Charity Balls

Surprisingly we seem to be doing more and more Charity Balls. As charity's move towards professional fundraising we have designed the following packages to enable you to raise the maximum funds whilst entertaining your guests. Focus seems to be towards ensuring that guests really enjoy themselves thereby turning them into repeat donators. We are now involved with turning one off events into annual ones and some are going for multiple events in different regions.

Bespoke event design is becoming a more popular option for Charity balls and we have been organising events to benefit some of the UKs lleading charities such as:

Cancer Research / Breast Cancer Care/ Marie Cure / St Richards Hospice / Oxfam

The event design is to give paying guests a memorable evening, whilst maximising profits on the tickets, bars, raffles and auctions fot the chosen charity

Our party planning facilities allow us to customise our services to best suit your charity audience. Our event coordinator is there from your intial enquiry to ensure smooth party planning and a great night.

The above packages do not contain any food. We have found that many charity's have their own caterers or perhaps plan to do the food themselves. We can of course provide top quality catering if required.
