Bar
Front and Bar Back Hire
All events
require a good looking bar. We have a range of bar fronts and bar
backs to suit all budgets and themes.
We have designed
and manufactured a range of modular bar units. They are all built
on bespoke black metal frames. We then clad each individual unit
in fronts, tops and sides to create a variety of individual bar
styles. They are lightweight and extremely durable. Each frame can
take over 600kg in weight.
Frames:
Each unit
is 1.8m wide, 1.2m high and 600mm deep.
They are positioned
on site to create bars in multiples of 1.8m.
Every unit
has a black marble effect top and a stainless steel down-light housing
running underneath its rim. This means that whatever bar front is
supplied, it can be down washed in any colour
The bottom
of each units' frame has chequered kick plate running along its
length. This is to avoid scuff marks throughout the event as guests
stand at the bar.
Bar fronts:
Clients may
have any front they desire, we have a range of over one hundred
different materials to use as a bar fronts. In the past we have
used fake grass, bamboo shoots and 'candy cane' fronts to theme
our bars.
Our most popular
fronts are our plain glossy white, brushed stainless steel and mirrored.
Along with
being down lit, these fronts are also ideal for branding.
Branded Bar
Fronts:
Any of our
bar fronts can be branded for maximum effect at a corporate event.
A sponsors' logo or regimental badge is designed and printed onto
temporary vinyl stickering then it is placed onto the bar fronts.
This works best with our glossy white fronts and pure white down
lights.
Serving side:
Over the past
five years we have developed the serving side of our mobile bars
to maximise their serving capabilities and provide easy use for
all types of bar staff.
Each of our
unit has two white shelves that fit into the metal frames. One shelf
is at waist height and the other is at ankle height. We use them
primarily for stock and glasses. Every unit is ready to have our
mobile draught system installed into it, and the chrome draught
product taps clamped to the bar top.
Some of our
units have sunk spaces for sinks, ice wells and bottle coolers.
Every unit
come with a stainless steel speed rail as required.
Back Bars:
Our bespoke
back bars are built on the same frames as our bar fronts.
We then attach
whatever top the bar fronts have to ensure continuity with style.
Clients can then choose to either have two white shelves, a bar
front or built in glass fronted fridges installed into the front
of the back bar. This all depends on the type of event, and whether
a back bar is more of a practicality, or an aesthetic feature.
To the back
of the back bar frame we then bolt a 3m high fully mirrored shelving
unit. This is hand made on a black metal frame, using mirror finish
stainless steel, with three perspex clear shelves. We then light
this mirrored back with angle poise clamp lights for an immediate
'wow' effect. The shelving unit is used to display stock, or a sponsors
product.
Transport:
We use either
our Leyland Daf 7.5 tonne lorry or one of our Mercedes Luton
vans to transport our bars. It all depends on the size of the
bar(s) we are installing. Our lorry can transport 20 of our bar
units at once, whilst our vans can move 7. The bars are covered
in bubble wrap and event cloth for protection whilst traveling
We deliver UK and Europe wide. Some distances require transport
costs, but most bar hire transport costs are free of charge.
Installation:
We will have
established, prior to our arrival on site, our installation process.
This takes into account any difficulties or special requests the
client has specified. Our experienced staff arrive in smart uniform
and use tail lifts and bespoke trolleys to move our bar sections
around.
Once correctly
positioned our staff will give the bar tops and fronts a final polish
before turning on any power that the bars require. The bar us then
ready to be stocked and staffed, either by us or the client.
Take Out:
Our production
staff will take out the bars according to a clients schedule. Whether
that is immediately as an event ends or the next day, we ensure
the bars are removed with minimum noise and fuss.
