Just a belated note to thank you and your team for a great party on 10th September. Everything went really well and everyone enjoyed themselves, in some cases a little too much perhaps!! Simon, Ben and Tom were brilliant fun but very professional at all times so send a huge thank you to them for making everything go so well and for all their hard work with the setting up and taking down of the marquee and all the equipment. Jason came along to the evening as the cocktail flairer and he was extremely impressive and very entertaining too.

We had a totally stress free evening

… Also thank you of course for the whole evening. It was just perfect. After having discussed all the options with Emily, it was pitched at exactly the right level (even though I realise you had a lot more ideas).

Before and after we were very aware of how hard you both worked and even the marquee guys were very efficient at building and dismantling which was done with great speed and efficiency.

On the night, Emily and all her friends, like us, were very impressed with the aesthetics, the sound, the staff and the friendliness and approachability of you both.

We had a totally stress free evening (which we were not expecting with an 18^th Birthday Party) as we saw how professionally you addressed any small problems which surfaced during the evening.

Altogether a fantastic evening which will be remembered by everyone for many years to come.

I’m just about recovered, I think. Just wanted to say a massive thanks to you and all your staff for pulling off such an amazing party. It’s the talk of the town.

It was a really superb night

I’m writing to thank you both, Kate and all the staff you had working with us on Friday at the ball. Throughout the evening a host of pupils, parents and teaching staff came up to me to say what a superb event it was.

It seems all the elements came together extremely well: bar, music, marquees (especially the transparent section), seating, lighting, fireworks, organisation and the overall smooth running of everything.

In the three years I’ve been doing this event Friday was undoubtedly the most successful thanks to your hard work, planning and organisation. We’re almost verging on “well-oiled machine” territory now for the Malvern Ball.

Thank you all very much indeed once again it was a really superb night.

There were some points during the week before when I really didn’t think the event would go ahead. (Due to the torrential rain) Without your support and guidance I’m sure we would have cancelled.

So please accept our sincere gratitude and appreciation for being so patient with us. We have received so many compliments on how enjoyable all the events were and how beautiful the marquee looked. Everyone had a great time. The evening was absolutely wonderful and will be talked about for years to come. The only problem we have now is what to do for our Christmas party as nothing will top our tenth anniversary. The snow caused several pre-event jitters but any worries I had were dissolved as Capability Events executed the perfect event keeping all our guests warm despite the bitter February weather.

It was a bittersweet evening, celebrating 68 years of RAF Innsworth but saying goodbye at the same time. The party was a sell out, with 1000 RAF and civilian personnel attending. I am very grateful to Capability Events for their invaluable assistance and highly professional service (without whom I would have even less hair), along with all the station and committee members who worked so hard in making it such a success.

(Below is one of our long standing clients who owns and runs a multi million pound business. We have run four corporate events for him before being asked to organise his 40th party at home. It was a hilarious night as his testimonial should highlight!!)

Dear Ben,

I think that I may have told you this as you took that video of me playing in the foam with the naked lifeguard girls, but you really did make my 40th celebration something special.

Through your vision (and that other events company you ripped off), the perfect atmosphere and ambience was created for our guests.

Through your organisational skills, the food and drink flowed freely (not least to some of your bar staff who were slaughtered by the end of the night).

And through your creativity and doggedness, you ensured that my mother really was truly offended, as the original brief stated.

You really are the dog’s b******s.

I would willingly sell my house and all its contents in order to help you and Capability Events.
