We have an extensive range of ChillOut Furniture available for hire. From super cool low white sofas, tables and Bean Bags to Pea Light and Star Cloth Drapes. We specialise in converting boring hotel suites or drab event rooms into spectacular chill out spaces for your ultimate party. Small Chill out Tent Hire.

Ideal as an addition to any event this small chill out marquee is a great place for guests to ... well Chill Out! Consisting of :-

• 3m x 3m Chinese pagoda style marquee with ivory lining to walls and coloured carpet to floor.
• Wall LED up lighters (can be any static colour or can gently change colour)
• Mirror ball and 2 spotlights in the centre of the marquee.
• Forced air heating, thermostatically controlled.
• 2 low sofas in a variety of colours.
• 1 low white or dark table between the sofas.
• 6 small cube bean bags for sitting on.
• Candles on the low tables.

The Small Chill out Tent is suitable for sub 100 people events. Some people use it as a smart smoking area as the sides can be removed to comply with the outdoor smoking legislation however if you intend to use it for this purpose do let us know and we will change the forced air heating to infrared.

Medium Chill out Marquee Hire.

For the larger party up to 200 guests, this chill out zone allows more people than the package above to enjoy a relaxing break from hectic partying.

• 5m x 5m Chinese pagoda style marquee with ivory lining to walls and coloured carpet to floor.
• Wall LED up lighters (can be any static colour or can gently change colour)
• Mirror ball and 2 spotlights in the centre of the marquee.
• Forced air heating, thermostatically controlled.
• 3 low sofas in a variety of colours.
• 2 low white or dark table between the sofas.
• 12 small cube bean bags for sitting on.
• Candles on the low tables.

The Medium Chill out Tent is suitable for between 70 and a maximum of 250 guests. Some people use it as a smart smoking area as the sides can be removed to comply with the outdoor smoking legislation however if you intend to use it for this purpose do let us know and we will change the forced air heating to infrared.

Large Chill out Zone

For the larger party up to 300 guests, this chill out zone allows more people than the two packages above to enjoy a relaxing break from hectic partying and itself becomes a separate zone for your guests to explore and enjoy.

• 9m x 9m marquee with ivory lining to walls and coloured carpet to floor.
• Wall LED up lighters (can be any static colour or can gently change colour)
• Mirror ball and 2 spotlights in the centre of the marquee.
• Wash lighting of soft seating areas and bar.
• Forced air heating, thermostatically controlled.
• 4 low sofas in a variety of colours.
• 4 low white or dark table between the sofas.
• 24 small cube bean bags for sitting on.
• Candles on the low tables.
• 3 x Glass topped poser tables with 3 bar stools per table.
• 12ft of Mobile Cocktail Bar with 6ft of back bar with inbuilt refrigeration. Draught kit for keg beer and larger if needed.

The Large Chill out Tent is suitable for between 150 and a maximum of 250 guests. Some people use it as a smart smoking area as the sides can be removed to comply with the outdoor smoking legislation however if you intend to use it for this purpose do let us know and we will change the forced air heating to infrared.

Extra Large Chill Out Zone for Hire.

Our largest "off the shelf" Chill Out Zone is suitable for up to 500 guests.

• 9m x 18m marquee with ivory lining to walls and coloured carpet to floor.
• Wall LED up lighters (can be any static colour or can gently change colour)
• Mirror ball and 2 spotlights in the centre of the marquee.
• Wash lighting of soft seating areas and bar.
• Forced air heating, thermostatically controlled.
• 8 low sofas in a variety of colours.
• 8 low white or dark table between the sofas.
• 40 small cube bean bags for sitting on.
• 8 Extra large bean bags.
• Candles on the low tables.
• 6 x Glass topped poser tables with 3 bar stools per table.
• 12ft of Mobile Cocktail Bar with 6ft of back bar with inbuilt refrigeration. Draught kit for keg beer and larger if needed.

Chill Out Sounds.

Ipod and Speakers suitable for the above packages:-

• The Ipod contains a selection of music play lists from ultra beach chill out to party classics.
• You may create your own play lists and use your own ipod, laptop or sound source. We recommend Itunes.
• High quality self powered speakers on stands or placed inconspicuously on the floor if needed.
• Corded microphone to enable speeches or announcement to be made over the speakers. Wireless microphone available.
• Please note this is not a suitable setup for a disco. It is designed to provide background music, loud if needed, but not to a disco level.

Please be careful not to assume that these Chill out packages will replace the need for a proper sized marquee for your guests. They should be viewed as additional space for guests and not as a replacement for part of your main marquee. We wouldn't want your party to be too crowded because you thought that the chill space would make up for small main marquee. When we talk about Chill Out Packages being suitable for 500 people that does not mean that they will accommodate 500 people inside all at one time. They are as an additional area for an event that is for 500 people. So, for example, if you were holding a charity ball for 500 people then the package above for 500 would be a suitable size for this event. You would still need to ensure that your main marquee could take all 500 people at one time.
