The full red carpet treatment. Malvern College needed to make their summer ball more exciting than previous years so they brought in Capability Events. We started by making sure the event looked great with our new bar stools and poser tables on a outdoor red carpet. We also upgraded them to frame marquees after years of traditional pole and rope structures. This changed the whole feel and look of the ball. 500 guests partied until the early morning.

A good example of the fantastic effect that can be achieved using three different types of marquee roof. This picture is taken from the middle of the dance floor. Over head you can see the starcloth, further down the roof is the ivory flat lining then the clear pvc roof and end gable which allows the guests to see the front of the Georgian house and onto the gardens. At this venue, at night, the guests were able to see the house lit up and the overhanging trees creating an amazing effect that guests talked about for weeks afterwards.

In the picture above you can see how we rigged truss over the dance floor and used moving lights and star cloth to create an infinity sky with search lights cutting through the smoke.

The Truss over the stage and dance floor provide the best rigging positions for band lighting. With a back drop of Start Cloth the stage looks impressive.

Chill Out Tents with Cocktail Bars are very easy to add to your existing party. Here low tables and soft seating work well to allow guests to relax and socialise. Our 12ft blue down lit bar and cocktail flair barmen bring the party to life.
