21st Birthday Party Package

After private 18ths at home, our second most popular event packages in 2009 are private 21st birthday parties at home. They are usually a little more formal to start with, often with more famiy members in attendance - but with the same amount of frolics, dancing and memories at the end of the evening!

We are producing more of these events throughout the summer months as the current trend for parties at home ever increases.

What follows is one of our most successful 21st birthday packages.

This package was originally developed for a clients daughter.

It was held in the grounds of a private house in Kent and was for 150 guests made up of family and friends. We are back there this year as siblings grow older!

We supplied the following to the family:

• Red carpet entrance at the propertys front gates with real flame cannons and spot lights on a tri lite frame. Brass posts and red rope over entrance with event managers to greet guests and ensure the guest list is adhered to.
• Red carpet contiunes down side of the house to the event space in gardens.
• The side of house was up lit in variety of colours and Olympic real flame torches guide guests along this walkway.
• Main marquee is a 9m x 12m fully lined frame marquee. It is lined with flat ivory lining and has a full star cloth LED ceiling. Carpted in charcoal.
• This marquee is a full mobile night club rig.
• A Professional DJ Host who will adhere to any dress codes and behave in an appropriate manner
• A variety of music from old present day. DJs always work to the client’s musical specification, while maintaining consideration for guests.
• A high-definition 5kW JBL sound system with sufficient power to produce clean, powerful and enjoyable sound.
• Professional DJ CD mixing system
• Overhead “Intelligent” lighting system for the dancefloor on trilite rigging. Featuring scanners, colour changers and beam effects.This gives a genuine nightclub feel on the dancefloor and features a range of cutting-edge technology, including:
• 8x 150-watt scanners
• 4 x 250watt moving heads
• 2 x high-powered colour changers
• Truss illumination
• Bubble machine
• Full PC-based lighting control with dedicated lighting designer
• A 16ft x 16ft black and white dance floor
• 12ft long bar down lit in remote controlled LED lights
• A 6ft fully mirrored back bar with built in glass fronted fridges
• A mobile cooler unit to dispense three draught products
• 4 professional bar staff including 1 cocktail flairer.
• £2,000.00 worth of cost price drink on sale or return.
• All necessary cocktail, bar equipment and glasses.
• 60" plasma screen TV behnd thebar showing pictures taken earlier in the party.
• Event Photographer.
• A series of bar stools and glass topped poseur tables placed around bar area.
• A series of low white sofas and giant floor cushions placed around dance floor area.
• 4 professional attractive podium dancers on either side of the dance floor.
• A second marquee at the bottom of garden as a chill out area, 5m x 5m frame marquee with colour changing walls.
• Series of giant bean bags & floor cushions
• Morrocan candles and lanterns
• Giant disco ball
• Professional cat 4 firework display lasting 7-10 mins. Including '21st' lancework.
• Power professioanlly distributed around event site from main house supply.
• Delux 2:1 female to male ratio self contained mobile bathroom.
• Includes fragrances, flowers and toiletries.
• Thermostatically controlled gas fired heating throughout main marquee.
• Additional event lighting in walkways, gardens and buildings
• A dedicated event manager.
• All post event tidy up.
