21st Birthday Party Package 2

A second notable 21st we produced was held in March 2009 in Surrey. It was for the friends and family of a young lady and 150 guests were expected. After an extensive site visit with the family and lots of measuring (!) we were ready with our bespoke qoute. A very popular new addition to our private parties are event films and bespoke picture album service. Shot by ourselves they are greta mementos of a special celebration

Here is what we supplied to the family:

• Smartly dressed and eloquent event staff to greet guests and take invitations.
• Red carpet laid from start of the lawn to the entrance of the marquee.
• Fairy lights wrapped around the gated entrance to the lawn and trees uplit.
• Two real flame gas flambeux each side of the lawn entrance and a goal post of shiny metallic aluminium truss placed at the entrance to the marquee.
• Spot lights on this truss to light the entrance.
• 9m wide by 15m long frame marquee.
• Plastic modular clip together floor with a charcoal coloured carpet laid on top.
• The walls and ceiling will be flat lined with ivory.
• A 16ft x 16ft black and white dance floor
• LED star cloth ceiling (9m x 6m) over the dance floor.
• The entrance has a aluminium double door.
• The exterior of the marquee will lit with different coloured flood lights.
• Inside of the marquee lit with LED blocks washing the walls with a selection of colours.
• White lights placed in each corner shining onto a mirror ball centered in the roof.
• 12 ft long bar down lit in colour of clients choice
• 6ft fully mirrored back bar with built in fridges
• 3 professional and attractive bar staff. One is an award winning flairer!
• £800 worth of cost price drink on sale or return.
• Nightclub rig disco service:
• A high-definition 5kW JBL sound system with sufficient power to produce clean, powerful and enjoyable sound.
• Professional DJ CD mixing system
• Overhead “Intelligent” lighting system for the dancefloor on trilite rigging. Featuring scanners, colour changers and beam effects.This gives a genuine nightclub feel on the dancefloor and features a range of cutting-edge technology, including:
• 8x 150-watt scanners
• 4 x 250watt moving heads
• 2 x high-powered colour changers
• Truss illumination
• Bubble machine
• Full PC-based lighting control with dedicated lighting designer
• Power professioanlly distributed around event site from pool house supply.
• Delux 2:1 female to male ratio self contained mobile bathroom.
• Includes fragrances, flowers and toiletries.
• Thermostatically controlled gas fired heating throughout main marquee.
• Additional event lighting in walkways, gardens and buildings
