Party Package 1
This was one of our original private 18th
birthday parties at a clients house.
It truly shows how easy it is to transform even a small garden into a dream event space, in the comfort of your own home.
Its success has been the basis of our now most popular type of event.
Our brief was simple; to provide a party package at home for a clients' daughter and up to 100 guests.
Any private party at home requires the following basic key elements:
- A marquee as an event space for guests.
- Food and drink options (A cocktail bar and canapes etc!)
- Entertainment ( Disco, live music etc)
- Toilet facilities
In order for us to understand how these elements can be produced
at a clients' house a site visit and client meeting is in order before we can
submit a detailed personalised event quote. It also lets potential clients
meet us and get to know how we operate.
Here is what we supplied for this event. It was so successful that we were back the following year for a wedding anniversary and then a staff party!

- A red carpet entrance at front of property. Flanked by two real flame cannons.
- Red rope supervised entrance with event manager greeting guests and confirming guest list.
- Smart 2:1 mobile bathroom units installed by walkway to side of house.
- Red carpet running from entrance down side of house, leading
to the garden area. This walkway is lit LED up lighters running
along side of house.
- Walkway flanked by Olympic flame torches.
- Trees lit by white up lights and fairy lights.
- First marquee in garden area is the chill out area. This is
a 15ft x 10ft fully lined frame marquee. It is filled with low
tables, low white sofas, scatter cushions, rugs and bean bags.
Its white sides are lit by colour changing LED lights that slowly
change the colour of the marquee walls throughout the event.
- Main marquee is a fully lined 30ft x 30ft marquee.
- Fully boarded floor to even out the garden and this is overlain
with event carpet.
- Gas fired heating
- Full mobile night club rig with professional light engineer and DJ. This includes:
- A high-definition 5kW JBL sound system with sufficient power to produce clean, powerful and enjoyable sound.
- Professional DJ CD mixing system
- Overhead “Intelligent” lighting system for the dance floor
on tri lite rigging. Featuring scanners, colour changers and
beam effects
- 8x 150-watt scanners
- 4 x 250watt moving heads
- 2 x high-powered colour changers
- Truss illumination
- Bubble machine
- Full PC-based lighting control
- A 5m x 5m black and white dance floor
- A 12 ft long cocktail bar down lit in blue.
- A 6ft fully mirrored back bar.
- All required cocktail and bar top equipment.
- 2 professional cocktail flairers
- 1 professional barman
- £1000.00 +vat's worth of cost price drink.
- The bar is free and will serve your choice of drinks
to guests.
Finally we also supplied a professional event manager, who helped
make sure the party went well. From the offset he liaised with the client to
ensure the smooth running of the event process; from conception, to production!

Cost is dependant on individual requirements
and is based on a site visit. So prices may go up or down depending
on your event space, your guest numbers and your requirements.
